Pre-Calculus is an elective course which will count as one (1) year of the three (3) years of math required for graduation.

With an appropriate score on the Compass Placement Test, students can earn dual credit through Black Hawk East College.

This course covers topics including field axioms, polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and circular functions with graphing, analytic trigonometry, polar coordinates, conics, systems of equations, matrices, complex numbers, and mathematical induction.

  Calculus is an elective course, which will count as one (1) year of the three (3) years of math required for graduation.

With an appropriate score on the Compass Placement Test, students can earn dual credit through Black Hawk East College.

This course covers Calculus with an emphasis on functions, limits, continuity, derivative, and some of its applications, differentials, antiderivatives, and the definite integral. Math 124 is intended to serve students who will be transferring to colleges and universities and who will be majoring in scientific, engineering, and business fields.
